At GRAY GADGETS, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable by ensuring timely and secure delivery of your orders. This Shipping Policy provides complete details about our delivery process, timelines, charges, and responsibilities.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Bangladesh, including Dhaka and all other districts.
Some remote or rural areas may have limited courier coverage. In such cases, delivery may take additional time or may not be available.
International shipping is currently not available, unless otherwise mentioned in a specific product listing.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified in advance.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Inside Dhaka City: 1–3 business days.
Outside Dhaka (District Towns & Villages): 3–7 business days.
Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days depending on courier availability.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates. External factors like weather, strikes, or courier network issues may cause delays.
4. Shipping Methods
We work with reputed courier services and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on your location, delivery may be handled by:
Home delivery through courier partners.
Pick-up from a nearby courier office (if home delivery is not available).
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the product weight, size, and destination.
Charges are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally or for orders above a certain purchase amount.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website or by contacting their helpline.
7. Failed Delivery & Reattempts
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or request you to pick up the parcel from their office.
Orders not received due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept may be returned to us. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, GRAY GADGETS will not be held responsible for delays caused by:
Courier partner issues.
Strikes, political unrest, or natural disasters.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund will be provided as per our Refund Policy.
10. International Shipping
At present, GRAY GADGETS delivers only within Bangladesh. If international delivery becomes available in the future, details will be updated on our website.
